We took extraordinary consideration to make this website as clear and instructive as could be expected under the circumstances and all the data here is given with incredible consideration; however won't ensure the data is displayed effectively. Also, we will not be responsible for any loss of income or any harms, which come about because of the immediate or circuitous utilization of any data gave on our site. 


We additionally attempt to guarantee that all data introduced on our site is exact, suitable and forward, and these benchmarks are explored in an auspicious manner. RESERVATIONS

The bookings can be attempted only by giving credit card details and should be valid until the departure date. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express). The credit card details will be passed straightforwardly to the accommodation to ensure your booking. The accommodation reserves the right to take a pre-authorisation on the credit card for the first night to secure the booking 72hrs before arrival date. In the event that the card has been declined, the accommodation will attempt to contact the guest and reserves the right to cancel the reservation if there is no alternative provided by guest. Bookings can't be ensured without a valid credit card details. Full payment is required upon arrival.

Filling the reservation form is not the confirmation of reservation. Western Aparts Limited will send you the confirmation of reservation by email or by fax with a booking reference number. Accommodation will not be liable to provide the accommodation without the booking reference number upon arrival.

If you need to modify or cancel your booking, you can do it online by going on View/Modify Reservation' to make changes to your booking or 'Cancel Reservation' to cancel your booking and enter your reservation-id and email address. Your booking details will be displayed and you will be able to make the amendment.


Cancellation Policy

Flexible deal: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Non refundable deal: Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

In the unlikely case where we have to cancel the reservation (for varying reasons from water damage to unscheduled building works) we will inform you and attempt to re-accommodate in a suitable accommodation of our own at a price equivalent to the original agreed.

In any case we will not be held responsible for any extra costs the client bears over and above the original price agreed in securing alternative accommodation.

When re-accommodation is impossible we will issue a full refund to any payments made to us.


Non Smoking Policy

From 6am on 26 March 2006 smoking is not permitted in enclosed public places including bars, hotels, all type of clubs, cafes and restaurants.

Proprietors cannot permit customers or members to smoke in these premises. If they do they will be liable to a fixed penalty fine of £200.

Reasons

Smoking kills and causes lungs cancer, heart diseases and respiratory illnesses in adults and a variety of conditions in children.

There is no safe level to exposure to smoke so ventilation is not the solution.


PETS

Pets are not allowed


PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY

Any images clicked at the property or taken from our websites may only be used for personal and non-commercial use. The use of these images for business purposes including publicity materials, websites, books, newspapers and magazines must be approved by the Marketing department. CHILD POLICY

We welcome guests of all ages and our aim is to make travelling with the family even more enjoyable. Children up to 2 years may share their parent's room at no extra charge. Baby cots are available upon request (subject to availability) and advance booking is required.

Children aged 15 years and under must be guaranteed by a responsible adult that the children's behaviour is appropriate for other guests within the premises.



PHOTO ID REQUIRED FOR ALL GUESTS CHECKING

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please note that credit card holder name must match guest name. If you are not the owner of the credit card used to make the reservation, please contact the property in advance using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. An authorization form will be e-mailed to you to be filled in, signed by card holder and then e-mailed back to the property along with a copy of card holder ID.
